I am a 28 year old student of University of British Columbia.  I am working towards a degree in Social Work and beyond that may be a Masters in Counseling Psych.  I have a keen interest in cultural diversity and travel.  This dynamic world is loaded with difference, and I very much so appreciate that difference.  I have been writing, journaling, photographing and scrap booking for years; there is a deep-set creativity within me that burns to be tapped.  This campaign is an example of that creativity coming forward.

Our planet is incredible. Having explored the places I have, my life has been enriched beyond my imagination.  It saddens me to think that many people never leave their country, never experiencing first hand the challenges and excitement of stepping into a foreign land.  I want people to be intrigued by this book of mine.  I want to plant a seed inside the reader, a seed that will blossom into a worldwide exploration.  I feel that the vulnerability that we face in another land strengthens our character. It humbles us.  It excites us.  And it brings us joy.  How can I not wish that upon everyone else.  What a gift this Earth is, and its ours for the unwrapping.
